Six South St. hotel underwent a major renovation which opened the opportunity for us to reposition it as a "Connector" hotel — catering to affluent families visiting the quaint college town.
Our research indicated that travelers view hotels as an opportunity to connect with friends, expand their network, and grow their social and business circles. With 83% of travelers using trips for social engagement and 46% of millennial travelers using social media to meet up with friends on business trips, we believe the hotel has a unique opportunity to facilitate these connections.
The hotel provides guests with a welcoming environment where they can connect, grow, and share experiences with like-minded individuals. To bring this welcoming experience to life, we designed the website to include warm and inviting language, paired with visually striking images that highlight the intimate spaces and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.
