Cole Haan

Cole Haan was determined to reignite the passion and creativity of its internal team and drive their ZeroGrand shoe line to new heights. To achieve this, we conceived and organized a three-day experience designed to take the team out of their normal environment and provide them with opportunities to escape, innovate, and find new inspiration.

The event was a multi-faceted experience, including a high-quality circus performance, a laid-back lawn party with games, creative exercises, music, food, and drinks, and an intimate dinner within a quaint art gallery sprinkled with local artists. The event culminated in a ceremonial bonfire, bringing the team together and reflecting on their experiences. On the final day the team was sent back on their way in classic rides, fitting for a classic brand.

The three-day experience was a huge success, inspiring the team and reigniting their passion. It showcased the timeless style and elegance of Cole Haan and left the team feeling refreshed, re-inspired, and ready to tackle the next challenge.
